It is a reaction of copper oxide and aluminium inside a mould that forms a permanent joint by igniting weld powder with flint gun
Ignition Powder and steel disc are provided as part of Weld Powder
Step 1: before the first welding, heat the graphite mold for 3-4 minutes to make sure it is dry and clean.
Step 2: heat the conductor to make sure it is dry and clean.
Step 3: clean the conductor by steel brush.
Step 4: place and fix the conductors in the graphite mold, then close the mould completely.
Step 5: Place the steel plate at the bottom of the graphite mold.
Step 6: pour the welding powder into the mould's reaction cavity. put the starting powder on the top of welding powder while some on the lip of the mould.
Step 7: Close the lid and ignite the starting powder by flint gun.
Step 8: After the exothermic welding reaction, wait for 2-3 minutes, open the mold and clean the welding residue.
